This place is amazing! Right from the moment we arrived, Pamela was so kind and helpful. Michelle in the mornings at the breakfast was outstanding, doing table checks at every table, and keeping the buffet breakfast stocked! I was very impressed with the selection, as were my children. Every staff member was so kids, polite and professional. The rooms, facilities and outdoors was very clean. Way to go! We will be back.

We stayed 2 nights for a basketball tournament, and there were lots of areas for the team to hang out and socialise. The pool could be much cleaner and better treated. The breakfast in the morning was great but a very special shout out to Michelle that went out of her way to make sure that we had everything we needed, that all areas were cleaned and stocked! She was such a delight in the morning and made the stay super special!! Thanks again Michelle!

We had a wonderful weekend stay at Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Gravenhurst Muskoka for a family trip, and the experience exceeded our expectations. The hotel was clean, well maintained, and very family-friendly. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location is excellent—convenient for exploring Muskoka while still being quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was well organized and offered a good variety, which was a great start to our mornings. I would like to give special thanks to Mansubha at the front desk. Her hospitality truly stood out. She was warm, professional, and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure our family felt welcomed and well taken care of. Her level of service made a meaningful difference to our stay and reflects very positively on the hotel. Overall, this was a very pleasant experience, and we would not hesitate to return or recommend this property to other families visiting Muskoka.

As someone who is a Marriott Bonvoy member and stays mainly at Marriott hotels, this has got to be the best one I’ve visited yet! The main thing that stood out for me was how personal everything felt. Even though the hotel was clearly busy, the staff behind the front desk and the breakfast lady, never made me feel like another guest just checking in and out. The rooms were spotless. Everything was spotless in the room and the pool too! I thought the pool room would be very wet since lots of people were coming in and out, but the staff was always right on top of it and kept the floors cleaned making the experience for me and my kids much more enjoyable. This hotel will for sure be on my agenda to visit again!

I recently stayed at the Fairfield Inn Gravenhurst for one night. I had my dog with me and had indicated to the person booking (phone reservation) but for some reason it didn’t make it on my profile. No problem, but I was moved to an accessible room on the ground floor. The toilet seat had a couple of stains on it from the previous user which made me a bit concerned about cleanliness but everything else seemed alright. The accessible shower leaked a lot of water out onto the floor due to the design, which I assume wouldn’t be a problem in a normal room. The hotel gym was a nice design and space for a Fairfield-level property, and the breakfast had great options for all palates and diets. Location is super convenient off Highway 11 and was close to a few fast food restaurants and a Sobey’s. The pet fee is pretty steep compared to Hilton properties ($100) but it was alright given that the rates were quite low for the off-season. Overall, would stay again if in the area.

The staff at this location are truly exceptional. The front desk was incredible and genuinely made my day. He was extremely kind to me and my two children and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. I also had the pleasure of meeting the hotel manager at checkout, who was equally kind and professional. Breakfast was excellent, and Michelle made us feel right at home. Overall, a wonderful experience thanks to an outstanding team.

I had a great stay at the Marriott. The hotel was very clean, modern, and well-maintained. The staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to help, which made the experience even better. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. The room was spacious, comfortable, and quiet, with a very comfortable bed and excellent amenities. Everything felt high-quality and well thought out. The location was also convenient, making it easy to get around and access nearby attractions. Overall, the Marriott delivered exactly what you expect from a high-end hotel: comfort, reliability, and great service. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.
